Responsibilities Strategic QE Governance: Architect and evolve comprehensive Quality Engineering strategies across the Tile, serving as the primary authority for release readiness, risk mitigation frameworks, and the operationalization of shift-left/shift-right methodologies integrated with observability analytics. Automation Ecosystem Oversight: Direct the vision for scalable, enterprise-grade automation frameworks utilizing Playwright and Appium across UI, API, and integration layers, ensuring the implementation of reusable libraries, parallel execution models, and seamless CI/CD integration. AI & Innovation Integration: Spearhead the adoption of AI-enabled QE practices, including self-healing automation, predictive defect analytics, and generative AI for synthetic data creation and test case design to accelerate the SDLC while maintaining healthcare-compliant workflows. Cloud & Infrastructure Alignment: Manage quality oversight within GCP environments, coordinating with DevOps and Release Management to optimize test data lifecycles, environment stability, and production validation to minimize defect leakage and ensure rapid issue containment. Technical Leadership & Talent Scaling: Lead high-performing QE teams by defining technical excellence standards, conducting deep-dive performance metrics analysis, and upskilling engineers in modern automation and AI literacy to foster a culture of technical ownership and continuous experimentation. Requirements Education: High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required. Work Experience: 3 years of experience required. 5 years of experience preferred. 1 year of leadership or management experience preferred. Additional Preferences Cloud Infrastructure: Proven experience navigating and managing quality gates within Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments. Advanced Tooling: Deep conceptual understanding of Playwright, Appium, and modern JavaScript/Python-based automation architectures. Data-Driven Quality: Expertise in operationalizing quality KPIs and leveraging predictive analytics to drive risk-based testing decisions.
