How you’ll make an impact in this role Lead a team of imaging professionals by providing expert guidance on complex procedures and fostering a culture of clinical excellence, safety, and continuous development. Optimize departmental work-flows and image quality by overseeing advanced diagnostic studies and ensuring all documentation is precise, timely, and PACS-ready. Champion clinical safety and regulatory compliance by monitoring equipment performance, managing contrast administration protocols, and maintaining a high-standard care environment. Provide input into hiring, training, directing, development and evaluation of staff. Serve as a resource to department staff as well as other members of the team as needed. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. One or more of the following required: Certified Cardiographic Tech credentialed from the Competency & Credentialing Institute (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Radiologic Technologist specializing in Computed Tomography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Radiologic Technologist specializing in Magnetic Resonance Imaging credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Medical Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
