About the Role As a Senior Analyst , you will serve as the primary analytics contact for the Urgent Care, Outpatient Physical Therapy (PT), and Imaging horizontal, supporting data-driven decision-making for our Ascension Living Community. You will work closely with executive and clinical leaders to develop insights that improve operations, financial performance, and patient care. Key Responsibilities • Analyze and interpret data to generate strategic business insights and recommendations. • Partner with cross-functional teams-including executives, clinicians, and data scientists-to ensure data accuracy and consistency. • Utilize large datasets from multiple sources (cloud-based platforms, SQL, etc.) to conduct in-depth analytics. • Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear and compelling manner. What You'll Need Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • 4+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field. • Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), and/or programming languages (R, Python). • Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based data platforms. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex data. Preferred Qualifications • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Healthcare Analytics, Business). • Experience with Urgent Care, Outpatient Physical Therapy (PT), and Imaging data or clinical processes • Ability to communicate data driven findings to executive leadership teams. Requirements Education: • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required. Work Experience: • 3 years of experience preferred.
