Develop and manage internal communications, create visual presentations, and maintain intranet content for CX initiatives.
Requires 5+ years of leadership, expertise in Google Slides, strong editorial skills, and experience in strategic communications and graphic design.
Job Description: • Define how we talk about each CX strategic initiative, including features and benefits by audience. • Develop the CX Internal Comms editorial calendar to ensure our work and shared successes are shared ministry-wide. • Serve as the liaison between our internal/external communications teams and CX for all communications needs, ensuring that communication plans that include timelines, deliverables, and milestones are met and stakeholders are kept informed. • Be the ‘first reviewer and editor’ of all communications (such as newsletters, articles, etc.) on behalf of CX. • Own the creation, maintenance, and governance of CX-branded presentation templates in Google Slides, including version control, usage training, and ensuring brand adherence. • Design and produce executive-level presentations and one-pagers that distill complex concepts into simple, compelling visual stories. • Maintain the CX intranet site, driving all content update needs and aligning with experience comms for larger channel update needs. • Develop and maintain the CX intranet site and context calendar for CollabCX, our internal collaboration and celebration hub. Requirements: • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred. • Exceptional visual storytelling skills, with a demonstrated ability to build compelling presentations in Google Slides for a wide range of audiences and facilitation styles. • Deep expertise in Google Slides, with the ability to build master templates, manage approved assets, and guide others on visual best practices. • Strong editorial judgement and crisp writing/editing skills for strategic communications. • High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple deliverables with speed and accuracy. • Strong project management skills and a proactive, self-directed work style. • Ability to communicate recommendations effectively (written & verbal) to executive and senior leadership in a concise, compelling manner. • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels. • Communications and graphic design background • 5 years of leadership or management experience Benefits: • Paid time off (PTO) • Various health insurance options & wellness plans • Retirement benefits including employer match plans • Long-term & short-term disability • Employee assistance programs (EAP) • Parental leave & adoption assistance • Tuition reimbursement • Ways to give back to your community
