Ascension Consulting Services is currently seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist to join their team of professionals in Miami, FL. Job Summary: The HR Implementation Specialist, a professional client-facing role, will be responsible for a range of implementation activities designed to achieve a high level of client service and satisfaction during the implementation. This position requires a high level of independent judgment and decision-making throughout the implementation process. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead all aspects of the Benefits, Performance, Compensation, and ACA implementation • Configuration of HR related products • Handle several implementation projects at any given a time • Proper scheduling of status calls and training sessions • Track tasks accomplished and milestones completed using our internal tools • Communicate with clients throughout the implementation project life cycle • Gather requirements as necessary and apply detailed working knowledge of products and features to support the client’s business • Guide and drive clients towards the best solution for their business needs • Understand client business and utilize broad knowledge to recommend additional implementation features or solutions to the client when appropriate • Collect, organize, and import employee data and information needed for modules implementation. • Provide training and support to clients regarding new Performance, ACA, Compensation and benefits modules • Work directly with clients to assist with data conversion • Conduct working sessions with each client to prepare them for their go-live date • Provide post-live support to clients during a transition-to-traditional support period • Report enhancement requests and bugs on behalf of the client • Assist with identification of risks and with development of mitigation or avoidance plans • Maintain detailed documentation of the implementation process, including project plans, reports, and program-related materials. • Perform additional duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in education and experience • Minimum of 3 years industry experience • At least two years of Implementation experience • Must have prior experience in a client-facing position PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Preference will be given to candidates who have the following: • Knowledge of SAAS HR or Kronos Workforce Ready (UKG Ready) • Proven analytical skills • Excellent computer and project management skills • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written • Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills • Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and follow-through • Ability to handle multiple priorities, be a self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities • Proficient using Microsoft Office • Must be detail-oriented, have a desire to work in a team-based environment, and be a team-player • Must be comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standards At Ascension, we believe that diversity fuels innovation.
