Details • Department: Physician Support Services • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00-5:00 • Hospital: St. Vincent Medical Group • Location: Indianpolis, IN RN highly preferred. Responsibilities Manage activities and flow of work for the assigned clinical program. • Develop, implement and evaluate program services and initiatives. • Hire, train, develop and evaluate staff. • Assign tasks and prioritize and coordinate work. • Collaborate with others to assist with problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services, and systems/performance measures. • Monitor and adhere to budget. • Approve or monitor expenditures, purchases and other actions to insure compliance with budget guidelines. Requirements Education: • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 2 years of experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
