Details • Department: Physician Support Services • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00-5:00 • Hospital: St. Vincent Medical Group • Location: Indianpolis, IN RN highly preferred. Compensation varies based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, performance, location and salary range at the time of the offer. Responsibilities Manage activities and flow of work for the assigned clinical program. • Develop, implement and evaluate program services and initiatives. • Hire, train, develop and evaluate staff. • Assign tasks and prioritize and coordinate work. • Collaborate with others to assist with problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services, and systems/performance measures. • Monitor and adhere to budget. • Approve or monitor expenditures, purchases and other actions to insure compliance with budget guidelines. Requirements Education: • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 2 years of experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred. Additional Preferences Registered Nurse preferred, 5 years' experience in ambulatory nursing; driver's license required (position requires travel throughout state - mileage reimbursed) Why Join Our Team Ascension St. Vincent in Indiana has been providing rewarding careers in healthcare for over 148 years.
