Senior Financial Analyst / Property Accountant (Temp to Perm) Location: New York, NY 10016 (On-Site) Schedule: M–F, 9am–5pm (40 hours/week) Compensation: $50/hr (Temp-to-Perm); up to $120k upon conversion to permanent We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst / Property Accountant with a strong background in co-op and condo accounting. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity based in Midtown East, supporting a growing portfolio of residential buildings. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to seeing tasks through to completion. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare monthly and annual financial statements for assigned co-op/condo properties. • Manage general ledger accounting, budgeting, and variance analysis. • Partner with boards and treasurers to review financial performance and projections. • Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting policies and deadlines. • Utilize systems including MDS, BuildingLink, SharePoint, OneDrive, and MS Office. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. • 7+ years of property accounting experience with co-ops/condos. • Strong track record of stability (no job hopping). • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; MDS experience a plus.
