A financial services firm is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and support HR initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys being the central point of coordination, and can balance administrative, operational, and people-focused responsibilities.ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day office operations, vendors, supplies, and equipmentEnsure conference rooms and office technology function smoothlyMaintain business licenses, permits, records, and compliance documentationProvide administrative support including scheduling, travel, presentations, expense processing, and document managementHandle incoming calls, mail, and communication with internal and external stakeholdersCoordinate office events, meetings, and employee engagement activitiesSupport recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee recordsAssist with HR processes including time-off tracking, attendance logs, and employee relations supportOversee facility maintenance, repairs, security, and safety standardsQualifications5+ years of office management, executive assistance, or similar operational experienceHuman Resources experience strongly preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office Bilingual Spanish and Englsih - (read write and speak)Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to handle confidential information with discretionComfortable working onsite in a highly interactive environmentBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
