Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Soliant is looking for a Remote Pharmacy Technician Call Center Agent whos ready to grow and make an impact this season. This is a fully remote, temp-to-hire role, perfect for someone with recent or current PBM experience, an active state license, and PTCB certification. Right now, were considering candidates in the CST and EST time zones. Job Overview Position: Remote Call Center Agent - Pharmacy Technician Setting:PBM (Remote) Schedule: Variable Shifts Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week) Qualifications: • High School Diploma required • At least 1 year of recent or current working experience, 2 years preferred • Prior experience working with PBM, Prior Authorizations, Insurance Verifications • Data entry experience, tech savvy, knowledge of computer software. • Strong interpersonal skills and high customer service attributes • Strong communication skills and excellent phone presence required Requirements for Working from Home: • Private workspace at home • High internet connection • Ethernet chord required to be connected from modem to docking station If you are a self-motivated individual who also can adapt well and likes to collaborate with a team, this is an opportunity for you!
