The Sr. Manager, Promotional Review Committee (PRC) will lead and facilitate the promotion review committee process for advertising and promotional materials. This role includes managing relationships with various stakeholders and ensuring compliance across processes.
Candidates should have a BA/BS degree in life science or equivalent and at least 7 years of experience in the life science industry. A minimum of 3 years of experience with promotional or medical review committees and familiarity with Veeva systems is required.

The Sr. Manager, Promotional Review Committee (PRC) will report to the US Head of Analytics and Commercial Operations and be based on Princeton, NJ in a hybrid model and will heavily integrated into the US Business Unit. This role will be responsible for leading and facilitating the promotion review committee process for advertising and promotional materials assigned products. This individual serves as the liaison between PRC brand leads, reviewers, and agency partners, managing all aspects of the process, including supporting operational excellence initiatives, developing and maintaining guidance documents and best practices, and delivering stakeholder training. The coordinator will ensure compliance across process and cross-functional resources, including creating meeting agendas, managing meeting logistics, facilitating PRC meetings, and ensuring materials are ready for review. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary liaison to PRC stakeholders and Brand Leads, supporting relationships with Marketing, Regulatory, Medical, Legal, agency partners, and other relevant stakeholders Manage the full lifecycle of promotional material review and approval using Veeva Review/approve promotional, medical, payor, corporate, and other non-promotional material submissions for quality prior to circulation and provide guidance to ensure alignment with process standards and company guidelines Lead PRC meeting planning and facilitation, including agenda development, calendar coordination, expedited review handling, and consensus documentation Deliver PRC training to Agencies, Brand Leads, and Reviewers to ensure understanding and compliance with review procedures and best practices Participate in planning and execution of product launches, new indications, and label updates in close collaboration with Marketing and Regulatory teams Assist with prioritization of materials in alignment with US Business Unit direction Monitor and track electronic review progress to support timely approvals Support escalation process and partner with team members to exchange best practices and support team development Support metrics to measure and track the effectiveness and efficiency of the promotional review process and provide recommendations for process improvements and innovative initiatives to address potential issues Perform necessary duties as outlined by manager and PRC team Qualifications: BA/BS degree, life science or equivalent preferred 7+ years of experience in life science industry At least 3 years of experience working with and leading promotional or medical review committees Prior experience with eDMS and Veeva systems, specifically Veeva PromoMats required Proven track record in workflow management, process improvement, and problem-solving Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage and bring working teams together for common objectives Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal skills; timeline responsibilities Extensive experience in managing complex negotiations with internal as well as external stakeholders The estimated salary range for this position is $160,000- $170,000. Actual salary determination is dependent on a variety of factors some of which include: experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
