About the Role: Summary: The main function of a supervisor/manager – production is to supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers. Job Responsibilities: • Implement measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency. • Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems. • Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, and maintenance to detect production problems. • Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff, and resolve personal grievances. • Set and monitor product standards to ensure quality finished products. • Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records. Skills: • Verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem solving skills. • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time. • Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods. • Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance. • Knowledge of design techniques, tools and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings and models. Education/Experience: • High school diploma or GED required. Associate's degree in business or related field preferred. • 10+ years experience required. Typical task breakdown and rhythm- Walk spaces to observe construction activities and safety procedures, review MSOWs, Safety Reporting Years of experience required: 10+ years of experience Degrees or certifications required or preferred: ASP, CSP, CHST, and/or a bachelor’s degree in safety, NFPA70E Top skills required: • 10+ years of experience in health and safety management • focusing on construction or project environments • hyperscale data center projects • Able to influence and work well with others Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $165,000– $185,000 USD annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
