A company is looking for a Change Communications Specialist to support a high-impact transformation initiative in a global corporate environment. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute a comprehensive change communications strategy aligned with the transformation program's phases • Design a stakeholder engagement strategy and execute timely engagement activities across major project milestones • Craft compelling program messaging and develop content that contextualizes transformation efforts within broader business goals Qualifications • Proven experience delivering change communications in a global corporate environment, ideally within a highly matrixed organization • Experience collaborating with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams • Strong strategic planning, messaging, and storytelling abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and document editing
