Job Description: • Provide escalated support and operational maintenance to client cloud environments • Analyze each client's specific request and determine the underlying problem • Manage Microsoft Volume Licenses, EA, and Reservation • Troubleshoot SQL Database and SQL reporting • Design, develop, and implement cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field preferred • 8+ years of professional IT experience in a client facing role • 5+ years of experience supporting O365, Exchange online, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure • Microsoft (MCSE), AZ-104 at minimum with AZ-500 certifications preferred • Advanced PowerShell scripting experience Benefits: • health, dental, and vision insurance • retirement savings options • flexible time off (FTO) • professional development opportunities
