Job Description The Janitorial Operations Manager oversees daily operations across multiple accounts and locations. This role ensures consistent service delivery, employee performance, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities • Supervise and support site supervisors and cleaning staff. • Manage daily operations across multiple facilities. • Develop staffing schedules and manage labor allocation. • Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate employees. • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards. • Monitor KPIs, productivity, and quality metrics. • Conduct routine audits and performance reviews. • Manage inventory, equipment, and supply purchasing. • Handle escalated client issues and service recovery. • Collaborate with leadership on operational improvements. Requirements • 5+ years of janitorial or facilities management experience. • Proven experience managing multi-site operations. • Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills. • Working knowledge of labor laws and safety regulations. • Strong computer and reporting skills. Education • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Compensation • $90K-$110K
