Join us in modernizing how the federal government interacts with citizens and internal stakeholders. In this role, you will lead the design of secure, scalable web portals that serve a key cabinet-level agency, ensuring vital digital services are intuitive, accessible, and integrated seamlessly with critical agency data. What You Will Achieve Design & Build: You will architect and build robust external-facing and internal Power Pages sites, transforming complex business requirements into user-friendly, responsive digital experiences. Seamless Integration: You will engineer efficient data flows by integrating Power Pages with Dataverse, Power Automate, and other agency systems to ensure real-time accuracy and process automation. Quality & Compliance: You will champion accessibility and security, ensuring all solutions meet strict federal standards (including WCAG and security controls) through rigorous testing and review. Lifecycle Leadership: You will drive the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from analyzing user journeys and agile planning to release management and maintaining technical governance documentation. Must-Have Skills (Required) U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust background investigation. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university 8+ years of front-end or web development experience, with at least 2-3 years dedicated to the Microsoft Power Platform (specifically Power Pages, Power Automate, and Dataverse). Demonstrated expertise in designing, configuring, and deploying secure, responsive web portals within an enterprise environment. Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and experience managing software release pipelines. Nice-to-Have Skills (Preferred) Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-200, PL-400, or PL-600). Deep understanding of WCAG accessibility standards and responsive design best practices. Familiarity with DevOps/ALM practices (Application Lifecycle Management) within the Power Platform ecosystem. Prior experience delivering technical solutions within a federal agency or regulated environment.
