Asbury Care is launching a new behavioral-health program serving adults and seniors in long-term care, assisted living facilities and Telehealth clients. We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who can step into a Clinical Director role and help build the clinical foundation of our organization. This position begins part-time with flexible hours, and as insurance credentialing is completed and our census grows, your hours and responsibilities will expand. This is a rare opportunity to help build a program from the ground up and eventually grow into a larger leadership role. ResponsibilitiesClinical Supervision & Leadership • Provide clinical supervision for LSWs (required). • Review, approve, and sign off on clinical notes. • Maintain clinical quality, documentation accuracy, and compliance. • Oversee clinical workflows, risk management, and escalation protocols. Program Development • Help build clinical policies, procedures, and treatment models. • Assist in developing mental-health programs for LTC facilities. • Provide clinical input on staffing, workflows, and documentation templates. Documentation & Compliance • Ensure notes meet Medicare/Medicaid/commercial payer standards. • Conduct periodic chart audits and provide corrective feedback. • Support the agency through insurance credentialing and ongoing compliance. Client Care (Optional / As Needed) • Provide psychotherapy sessions as needed (in person or telehealth). • Support older-adult populations, adults with chronic illness, and LTC residents. Qualifications Required: • Active LCSW license in the state of New Jersey • Eligible to supervise LSWs (must meet NJ supervision requirements) • Strong documentation, assessment, and compliance skills • Experience in outpatient, hospital, LTC, home care, or similar clinical environments • Comfortable with part-time hours during the initial credentialing phase • Strong leadership and communication skills Preferred but not required: • Clinical supervision certification (CCS) • Experience with older adults, LTC, or medical social work • Familiarity with Medicare documentation • Experience building programs, policies, or managing a clinical team Schedule & Hours • Part-time to start (5–10 hours/week during credentialing) • Will expand as we onboard clinicians, contract with facilities, and increase caseload • Flexible scheduling • Hybrid: mostly remote + occasional facility visits Compensation • Hourly: $65–$85/hr depending on experience • Paid for all hours worked — supervision, chart review, admin, training, and direct clinical work • Additional compensation opportunities as the role expands Why Join Asbury Care? • Help build a behavioral-health program from the ground up • Significant long-term leadership growth potential • Flexible schedule with room to expand • Supportive ownership focused on quality and compliance • Opportunity to shape LTC mental-health care across New Jersey How to Apply Please submit: • Your resume • Your LCSW license number • A brief message explaining your supervision experience and availability We will begin interviews immediately.
