Answer and transfer calls, greet visitors, maintain logs and files, ensure food safety compliance, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and perform general office and logistics support.
High school diploma, 3 years receptionist experience, bilingual Spanish/English, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and ability to multitask.
Purpose: Maintain organization of phone calls and intake visitors/guests for the company. Qualifications: Strong organizational and communicative skills, Must be able to multitask and maintain organization, Proficient in Microsoft word and Excel, Basic math skills Degrees: High School minimum Responsibilities • Answer and transfer calls on multiline phone system. • Document all phone calls. • Greet walk in customers. • Maintain visitors log and file on a daily basis. • Confirm all parties entering production/warehouse areas are compliant with all GMP and Food Safety guidelines. • Dispatching for inventory and logistics department. • Maintain general office filing. • Communicate with customers via email and telephone regarding delivery inquiries and complaints. • Pass all customer complaints to Account Executive/Customer Service department. • Prepare files and other documents to be sent out via mail to customers • Basic data entry. • Logistics Data Entry • Prepare Laboratory Samples and necessary paperwork • Keep Master log book current • Provide copies of production logs to line leads and quality control • Maintain all company certifications for food safety and state regulatory purposes • Run office errands as needed • All other job related tasks that are needed. Food Safety: • Confirm all parties entering production/warehouse areas are compliant with all GMP and Food Safety guidelines. • Employee must follow GMP’s. Employee must follow all personal and food safety regulations at all times. • Ensure all visitors get registered and follow GMPs. Food Regulation: • Employee must follow allergen Management and work place safety. Continuous Improvement: • Employee will attend all annual trainings to maintain a safe work place and maintain food safety. Reports to: • Plant Manager Provision for Absence: • Account Executive/Customer Service will cover the position in the event of an absence Schedule 730am to 4pm Payrate $24 MUST have at least 2 - 4 yrs of reception experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $24.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40 per week Experience: • receptionist: 3 years (Required) Language: • Bilingual (spanish/english ) (Required) Work Location: In person
