Job Description: The Manager, Market Access Marketing, is responsible for the operational execution and support of the Company’s market access marketing resources and activities that enable patient access to the Company’s branded pharmaceutical products in the US. This role partners cross-functionally to ensure compliant execution of access deliverables, support payer-related initiatives, HCF-focused education, and deliver data and insights to optimize access performance. The base compensation range for this role is $135 - 150K. Base Compensation is influenced by many factors including, but not limited to: time in the role, previous experience, skills, knowledge, performance, work requirements, internal equity, and business / economic conditions. Summary of Key Responsibilities Market Access Operations Executes day-to-day market access operational activities in support of brand and portfolio objectives. Supports launch and in-line product access needs, ensuring deliverables are timely completed and aligned with cross-functional plans. Supports all strategic research projects in collaboration with direct manager and broader market access team. Access Materials and Governance Supports the strategy and creation of all market access focused marketing materials. Manages the end-to-end review and approval process for US branded market access materials, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards. Coordinates development, updates, and deployment of payer, provider, and patient access resources. Maintains trackers, timelines, and documentation to support efficient execution and audit readiness. Payer and Channel Support Supports payer-facing initiatives by coordinating materials, responding to information requests, and assisting with formulary and coverage-related processes. Maintains working knowledge of the US payer landscape, including commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid dynamics. Provides operational support for payer meetings, account planning, and access initiatives. Data, Analytics, and Reporting Analyzes and reports on market access operational metrics, including material usage, payer coverage trends, and access performance indicators. Develops dashboards, including core KPI and reports to support decision-making, and identifies opportunities for improvement. Uses data to identify access barriers and supports continuous process optimization. Cross-Functional Enablement and Compliance Serves as a market access operations subject matter expert for internal stakeholders. Supports training and enablement related to access processes, tools, and materials. Ensures all activities comply with US regulations, industry standards, and Company policies. Required Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, public health, or related field. 5+ years’ experience in US market access, payer operations, or pharmaceutical commercial operations. Experience managing material review/approval processes and cross-functional deliverables. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and reporting tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to manage multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
