Job Description: Electrical Manufacturer’s Representative Location: Northern California, remote Employment Type: Full-time / Salary + Commission About the Role We are seeking a motivated and technically knowledgeable Electrical Manufacturer’s Representative to promote, sell, and support a range of electrical products within Northern California. The representative will act as the primary liaison between manufacturers and distributors, contractors, engineers, and end-users—building long-term relationships and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities • Represent assigned manufacturers’ product lines to distributors, contractors, engineers, and key decision-makers. • Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets. • Provide product presentations, demonstrations, and technical support to customers. • Conduct regular sales calls, site visits, and training sessions with distributors, engineers, and end-users. Build strong relationships. • Prepare reports, and manage customer accounts. Qualifications • 3+ years experience in the electrical industry, preferably as a manufacturer’s rep, distributor, or contractor. • Strong understanding of electrical products, systems, and applications. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual meeting platforms. • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly within assigned territory.
