Assist program managers with tracking timelines, documentation, and communication to support manufacturing processes.
Pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, or related field with strong organizational and communication skills.
The Program Manager Intern will support the Program Management Team with day-to-day coordination and tracking of customer programs. The intern will attend daily meetings and learn how projects are managed from start to finish. Responsibilities include assisting with schedules, documentation, and communication across cross-functional teams. The intern will also collaborate with the shop floor to help track job status and gain exposure to manufacturing processes and activities. This Summer Internship position will be located in Warren, MI with an expected start of June 2026. Primary Responsibilities: • Assist Program Managers in tracking program timelines, action items, and deliverables • Help organize and maintain program documentation, reports, and meeting notes • Attend meetings to help track action items, decisions, follow ups • Help streamline workflows and improve communication across departments • Share creative ideas to improve business practices • Learn basic cost tracking and reporting processes • Manage internal communication channels through content planning & creation Additional Responsibilities: • Strong communication skills across all organizational levels • Proficient in Microsoft excel, PowerPoint and Outlook • Familiar with NX or GOM Inspection is a plus • Interest in process improvement, strategy or organizational development Position Requirements: • Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Engineering, Project Management or related field • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Self directed approach • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Motivated by continuous improvement and operational excellence Who We Are: ArtiFlex Manufacturing and our family of companies design and build products and solutions for companies with tough challenges by employing people with a willingness and ability to be “Innovative.
