As we rapidly scale, we're looking for a talented Solutions Engineer that can work hand-in-hand with our product development and go-to-market teams and with large enterprise customers to design and develop novel multi-agent AI solutions for specific customer use cases using the Artian Intelligence Platform. Please note: This position is on-site in New York, with some flexibility. We’re seeking a Go-To-Market (GTM) Associate to join our seed-stage startup. This role is central to our initial stages of growth. You’ll focus on identifying and engaging potential customers, supporting our co-founders in sales activities, and helping to develop the essential sales materials that will shape our sales strategies. About You You’re creative and think on your feet You are scrappy, hungry and really eager to learn You love taking the initiative to identify and seize opportunities, and contributing actively to our startup's success You’re fearless and have no issues making dozens or hundreds of cold outreaches per day You can quickly adjust to new challenges and changes in a fast-evolving startup environment You work well within a small team, supporting and achieving goals alongside founders and other team members You articulate your thoughts and company positions really well, and build trust You analyze information fast and make decisions quickly You’re skilled at identifying problems and figuring out effective solutions, continuously seeking to improve how things are done You have a Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in a similar field Prior experience in a sales development role, ideally in a tech or startup setting Skilled with CRM systems and sales automation tools Strong organizational and project management capabilities. The Role In this role, you will: Research & Identify Prospects: Conduct research using our ICP definitions to find the right company and persona targets Simple Sales Methodology Experience setting up a simple sales methodology and can explain to Co-Founders “why” you set it up the way you did Reach Out and Engage: Implement communication campaigns using phone, email, LinkedIn, events, community, alliance partners and other methods, to engage potential customers Qualify and Prepare: “Triage” inbound leads coming from website, events etc. using consistent criteria; and prepare the Founder(s) for the initial calls with both inbound and outbound leads Run Amazing 1st Calls: Coordinate and share prep materials so that the first meeting with you and the Co-Founders goes smoothly Develop & Fine-Tune Sales Materials: Collaborate with the Co-founders to produce and refine key sales materials such as pitch decks and email templates, drawing on feedback from calls and face-to-face interactions. Experience building (and using, and improving upon) a sales playbook Coordinate Marketing Events: Help prepare for, organize and execute events and webinars, managing all related logistics and follow-up activities to maximize new-lead generation Keep CRM Systems Up-to-Date: Rigorously update leads, notes, calls, client research to maximize progression of deals and refine future sales tactics Hire & Train: Identify future areas of need and assist Founder in hiring and training new GTM hires in sales, sales development and Customer Success Compensation Competitive salary and equity options.
