• **REMOTE *** Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional. In this role, you will be responsible for outreaching to current members to request and verify required documentation for annual case reviews. Essential Responsibilities: • Review and confirm receipt of required documentation from members. • Conduct high-volume outreach calls to current HIPP/Premium Assistance members to request missing documentation. • Accurately enter call details and updates in a timely manner. Minimum Qualifications: • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required • Experience: • * Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound and/or inbound call handling • Healthcare or Government-Sponsored Health Insurance experience preferred • Call Center experience preferred • Knowledge of healthcare terminology preferred Company DescriptionArthur Lawrence
