High school diploma with minimum 2 years call handling experience, healthcare or government insurance experience preferred.

In this role, you will be responsible for outreaching to current members to request and verify required documentation for annual case reviews. Essential Responsibilities: • Review and confirm receipt of required documentation from members. • Conduct high-volume outreach calls to current HIPP/Premium Assistance members to request missing documentation. • Accurately enter call details and updates in a timely manner. Minimum Qualifications: • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required • Experience: • * Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound and/or inbound call handling • Healthcare or Government-Sponsored Health Insurance experience preferred • Call Center experience preferred • Knowledge of healthcare terminology preferred Company DescriptionArthur Lawrence
