Location: New York, NY Schedule: 30–40 hours/week (Weekends & Evenings required) Duration: ~3 Weeks (Holiday Season) Start Date: ASAP About the Role We are hiring Brand Ambassadors - Customer Support candidates to support delivery operations inside three major New York City Christmas Villages. This is a highly interactive, seasonal role where you will engage with shoppers and local small businesses, help them use an on-site delivery app, and support package logistics within the market. If you enjoy fast-paced environments, love talking to people, and want to be part of the holiday energy in NYC, this role is for you! What You’ll Do Engage Shoppers • Greet visitors at the holiday market and introduce them to the on-site delivery service • Help customers navigate the delivery app, schedule deliveries, and understand how the service works • Assist with questions, payment steps, and safe package hand-offs to couriers Support Vendors • Visit vendor booths and encourage small business owners to use the delivery service • Explain benefits, help with onboarding, and guide them through placing their first delivery order • Build strong relationships with vendors and support ongoing usage throughout the market Event & Logistics Support • Coordinate with couriers and ensure packages are organized and accurate • Help maintain a smooth, safe workflow for both shoppers and vendors • Provide operational feedback to improve the experience Who We’re Looking For • People-focused communicator who enjoys interacting with customers and business owners • Experience in customer service, retail, brand ambassador work, sales outreach, vendor relations, or event staffing (1+ year preferred) • Tech-savvy and comfortable explaining how mobile apps work • Dependable and proactive, with a positive and energetic attitude • Adaptable, able to handle busy crowds and multiple responsibilities • Physically able to stand for long periods, work outdoors in winter weather, and lift up to 40 lbs Requirements • Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holiday peak hours • Comfortable working outdoors in cold weather • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage packages and maintain accurate tracking Why This Role Is Great • Work at NYC’s most festive holiday markets • Highly interactive and engaging role • Competitive hourly pay • Short-term project with opportunity for future seasonal work Company DescriptionArthur Lawrence
