Role Overview: As a Senior Test Automation Developer at Arthrex, you will play a critical role in enhancing the quality and reliability of our medical device software. You will design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks that ensure our products meet the highest standards of safety and performance. What You'll Do: - You will develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to support continuous integration and delivery. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including software developers, QA engineers, and product managers to define test requirements. - You will identify, document, and track software defects and work closely with development teams to resolve issues. - You will analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders to inform decision-making. - You will contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and coverage. - You will mentor junior team members and share best practices in test automation. - You will stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance testing capabilities. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in test automation development, preferably in the medical device or healthcare software industry. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#. - Strong experience with test automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks. - Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps. - Knowledge of regulatory standards relevant to medical devices, such as FDA 21 CFR Part 820 or ISO 13485. - Familiarity with performance and security testing. - Experience working in a global, cross-functional team environment.
