Requisition ID: 63748  Title: Remote-Sr Software Developer - SAP PO  Division: Arthrex, Inc. (US01)  Location: Naples, FL         Arthrex is a global medical device company and a leader in new product development and medical education in orthopedics. Arthrex is actively seeking a Sr Software Developer - SAP PO who works directly with the IT departments within Arthrex to provide Technical leadership and execution of application integration solutions, focused on SAP PO.  Excellent communications and analytical skills, strong technical project management skills and a Bachelors’ degree will be essential for this position. Join our talented team at a global medical device company focused on Helping Surgeons Treat Their Patients Better™.    Main Objective: Software Engineers design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software to meet business and customer needs. Depending on the role, Software Engineers work on development initiatives that include:  Develop features and capabilities for end users, either external customers or internal employees.  Develop platforms such as data engineering and developer tooling. Configure and customize vendor-provided packaged software.  Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Sr. SAP Integration developer and technical thought leader Lead projects using SAP PO and Cloud integration tools throughout a complete lifecycle development Architect and build application integration solutions Understand integration patterns and best practices for creating integration ABAP objects Analyze ABAP code objects to assist in documenting functional requirements Ability to analyze complex business processes Create technical requirements and specifications for SAP business specific work streams and with other enterprise applications Configure SAP Web Services and ALE distribution models Lead offshore development team in implementation of integration solutions Prepare technical documentation, including technical specifications, unit test results, performance test results, and migration plans, where applicable Participate in production support activities Adhere to the Quality System Procedure and Change Control   Skills & Experience: Experience developing software using Waterfall and Agile methodologies is preferred. Experience in one or more programming languages. Experience with professional development tooling. Understanding of software development lifecycle.  Additional Duties & Responsibilities  Lead design for all aspects of full stack development and architecture to provide value to customers, where applicable. Demonstrate excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical teammates and show a high level of professionalism. Work effectively with all members of a cross functional software development team. Mentorship of lower-level software engineers. Implement CI/CD improvements.   Experience in building APIs for both internal and external products. Monitor applications for abnormalities and propose areas for improvement regarding availability and speed of the applications.   Specialized Skills: 5 years in at least one of the following:     a. Scripting frameworks     b. Relational DB Programming     c.
