Operations Manager / Project Coordinator Location: Hybrid - West University, Houston (local candidates only) Compensation: $80k to $100k, based on experience Our Client We are partnering with a highly successful serial entrepreneur who has built and exited multiple companies and now runs a dynamic family office. This individual oversees a mix of new ventures, investment activities, community initiatives, and complex personal operations. They move quickly, value ownership, and need a trusted partner who can manage operational details across business and life so they can focus on high-impact work. Role Overview The Operations Manager / Project Coordinator will act as the connective tissue across all projects, ventures, and household operations. Your primary responsibility is to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. You will manage task flow, maintain visibility across priorities, follow up persistently, and keep systems running smoothly.
