Location: Remote Salary Range: Competitive and commensurate with experience Introduction We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team. Required Skills & Qualifications • Applicants must be able to work directly for our company on W2 • Minimum of five years of experience in project management • Strong leadership and organizational skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or project management (preferably in BFSI) • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) • Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or similar • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Preferred Skills & Qualifications • Exposure to regulatory/compliance projects within BFSI • Project management certifications such as CAPM, PMP (in progress), or CSM • Basic understanding of financial services processes (banking, insurance, payments, etc.) Day-to-Day Responsibilities • Lead project planning sessions and coordinate staff and internal resources • Manage project progress and adapt work as required • Ensure projects meet deadlines and stay within budget • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan Company Benefits & Culture • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance • Opportunities for professional development and growth • An inclusive and collaborative work environment For immediate consideration please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex.
