Position Overview Arsenal Harley-Davidson is seeking a motivated Internet Sales Assistant / Business Development Agent. This role focuses on customer communication, lead follow-up, appointment setting, and CRM management. You will be the first point of contact for customers who inquire and play a key role in creating a positive customer experience. This is a fast-paced, structured role that requires strong communication skills, organization, and consistency. Key Responsibilities • Respond to internet leads via phone calls, text messages, and email • Follow a structured follow-up process with multiple daily customer touches • Qualify customer interest, timing, and intent • Schedule and confirm appointments • Accurately log notes, tasks, and customer activity in the CRM • Maintain professionalism while managing a high volume of inquiries • Work closely with sales managers and the Internet Sales Manager to support dealership goals Required Qualifications • Minimum of 1 year customer service experience (required) • Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and text throughout the day • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Basic computer skills • Flexible weekday and weekend schedule Sales, BDC, call center, or dealership experience is a plus, but not required Pay: $33,036.47 - $63,871.88 per year Benefits: • Employee discount • Health insurance • Paid time off Work Location: In person
