In this role, you will be the trusted advisor and dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of high-profile luxury clients. You’ll go beyond just managing accounts—you'll own the client experience, building strong relationships and ensuring they receive unparalleled service at every touchpoint. What you'll do: • Elevate the client experience: Provide white-glove service to a portfolio of high-profile luxury clients, exceeding their expectations. • Be a strategic partner: Understand each client's unique needs and challenges to develop personalized strategies that help them achieve their goals. • Act as a trusted advisor: Provide ongoing support, guidance, and training to ensure clients get the most out of the brand's offerings. • Proactively anticipate needs: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling while maintaining a sharp focus on client satisfaction. • Resolve issues seamlessly: Anticipate and address any issues that arise, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. • Collaborate across teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless client journey. Qualifications: • 4+ years of experience in a customer success role, preferably within the luxury industry. • Proven track record of building strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and discerning clientele. • Proficient in CRM and other relevant software applications.
