Title - Onsite Manager (Staffing - Client's Site) Tenure - Full Time Location - Saint Charles, MO Schedule - Friday -Sunday (7 AM - 7 PM) Pay Rate - Based on experience (Open to discuss) About the Role We’re looking for a motivated and bilingual Onsite Supervisor to oversee daily workforce operations at client facilities. This role is ideal for someone with staffing or recruiting experience who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys working directly with people, and can effectively supervise teams in industrial, warehouse, and light manufacturing settings. Key Responsibilities • Supervise and manage the daily activities of field associates at client sites. • Ensure staffing levels meet client production goals and expectations. • Support recruitment efforts by participating in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding as needed. • Conduct employee orientations, safety briefings, and performance check-ins. • Act as the primary onsite contact for both client managers and associates, addressing concerns and resolving issues quickly. • Monitor attendance, productivity, and compliance, while maintaining accurate records. • Promote a safe and positive work environment by enforcing company and client policies. • Assist with employee engagement and retention initiatives to maintain workforce stability. Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in staffing, workforce supervision, or team leadership (manufacturing or warehouse preferred). • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred). • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. • Comfortable working onsite with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for site visits).
