Job Description: Field Services, Data Analyst Job Summary: The Field Services Data Analyst supports the Field Services organization under the Customer Success umbrella and reports directly to the Sr. Director of Customer Success. This role owns all data, reporting, metrics, and process optimization for Field Services, acting as the bridge between day-to-day operations and the systems, insights, and workflows that drive customer satisfaction. You will work across Power BI, Salesforce, SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint to build dashboards, improve processes, streamline reporting, and provide operational support. This role also functions as a utility player for Field Services — assisting with warranty processing, troubleshooting, and sales order creation as needed to ensure a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Own all Field Services data, reporting, and KPI development; maintain dashboards and metrics used for daily, weekly, and monthly performance tracking. Build and manage Power BI dashboards that provide real-time operational insights and maintain to support Array’s latest business objectives. Serve as the liaison for internal project developments between Field Services, Engineering, Supply Chain, IT and other cross-functional teams. Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks within processes; develop and implement solutions to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability across Array’s Brazil and US business units. Consolidate and analyze data across Salesforce, SAP, Excel, and other systems to support decision-making across the Brazil and US business units. Support Field Service operations with warranty claim procedures, Sales Order administration, customer set-up, troubleshooting, and case management maintenance. Develop and maintain process documentation, field instructions, SOPs, and data governance standards. Prepare clear, professional reporting and presentations in PowerPoint for internal and executive audiences. Ensure data integrity across all Field Services systems and maintain consistent standards for data management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in Salesforce administration, and data analytics. Experience in IT systems integration and technical project coordination is highly desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data findings to non-technical stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and build effective working relationships across departments. Strong proficiency in Power BI, Salesforce, SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience in data analysis, reporting, or operations within field services, customer success, or similar environments. Demonstrated ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Our Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred). Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) or equivalent certification. Experience in renewable energy, field services, manufacturing, or related industries. Familiarity with data modeling, workflow automation, or process-improvement methodologies. Experience building KPI frameworks or operational reporting structures. Background supporting customer-facing or cross-functional teams.
