Position: Onsite Operations Lead Location: Tacoma, WA Pay: $25 to $29/hour Experience: At least two years of related experience in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Array Corporation is seeking an Onsite Operations Lead to join a growing and dynamic team! Job Description: • Oversee daily onsite operations and support employee performance at the client location • Maintain strong business relationships and serve as a key point of contact for clients • Assist with team scheduling, attendance tracking, and coverage planning • Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and development of onsite team members • Review operational data and reports to identify trends and improve efficiency Position Requirements: • At least two years of Operations Lead or management experience in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment • Experience working in a warehouse environment is a plus • Demonstrated leadership capability with accountability for team performance • Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail • Action-oriented mindset with the ability to follow company policies and procedures • Professional communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information • Ability to adapt quickly, learn internal systems, and work collaboratively on-site Benefits: • Medical, Vision, and Dental • Paid holidays and time off • 401(k) • Weekly Paychecks • Commission Array Corporation is the leading technology-enabled workforce solutions company whose mission is to fix how work is bought, sold and delivered to enable access to the American Dream.
