Build end-to-end AI workflows including model logic, APIs, and front-end experiences using multiple languages and frameworks.
Experience shipping full-stack products with TypeScript, Python, and Kotlin, knowledge of LLMs or AI orchestration, and ability to work in a fast-moving startup environment.
We’re building agentic systems that help brokers and underwriters do real work with AI. The industry still runs on email threads, PDFs, and “can you resend that form?” We’re fixing that with tools that actually understand deals and move them forward. We’re a small and focused team — engineers, product folks, and designers — figuring this out fast. Models keep changing, so we move just as quickly. If you like building things that shouldn’t be possible yet, you’ll fit right in. What you’ll do Build end-to-end AI workflows: model logic, APIs, and front-end experiences. Use Python, Kotlin, and TypeScript across Spring, FastAPI, Vue, and React. Prototype fast; ship what works; kill what doesn’t. Work directly with the CTO & leadership to turn vague ideas into running systems. Connect frontier models from providers like Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google to real business workflows. Help decide how our AI stack evolves as the ecosystem shifts weekly. You might be a fit if You’ve shipped full-stack products, not just demos. You can jump between TypeScript, Python, and Kotlin without blinking. You know enough about LLMs, embeddings, or orchestration (Google ADK, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, etc.) to deliver value. You care about UX and clarity — you want AI to feel right to the user. You’re happiest when you can move fast and learn faster. Nice to have Experience building or breaking agentic systems, RAG pipelines, or AI copilots. Familiarity with GCP, modern CI/CD, and pragmatic observability. Curiosity about how risk and insurance actually work — not a requirement, but you’ll end up learning it either way. Why this role matters You won’t be handed specs or Jira tickets. You’ll help figure out what to build, and then you’ll build it. You’ll shape how our stack, workflows, and even culture evolve. We’re early, we’re fast, and the impact is visible. If that kind of responsibility sounds energizing — and you like a little chaos with your autonomy — let’s talk.
