Job Details ARNOLD OIL COMPANY OF AUSTIN LP - AUSTIN, TX Full Time Not Specified $65000.00 - $85000.00 Salary/year Description Responsible for planning and directing the sales force activities to maximize sales volume and profit from the market segment through market analysis, market penetration and market development. Supervises sales team in promoting sales and achieving forecasts. • Starting Salary $65,000/Year - Pay to commensurate with experience** The primary job functions include, but are not limited to: • Staff responsibilities include tracking sales results versus individual objectives, annual and monthly revenue tracking and reporting, employee development, ride-alongs with salesmen at least bi-monthly, scouting for talent, and employee reviews • Evaluate all aspects of the market: know your customers, your competitors’ customers, pricing propositions, and track progress on all accounts within that segment • Develop good working relationships with factory representatives in order to further our business • Participation in sales meetings and trade shows • Coordinate with the Marketing department to develop and implement sales incentive programs; encourage sales team to promote the programs, and report on the results of the program • Manage the dissemination of information, paperwork, and the process for changeovers, consignments and new products at your customer base • Prepare and submit a weekly itinerary for the Sales Manager as well as a quarterly review of the progress on the sales team’s accounts Qualifications Skill Requirements include, but are not limited to: • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the aftermarket automotive parts industry • Highly proficient in the use of MS Office and other computer software • Self-motivated; quick learner • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others • Able to meet deadlines and handle challenging situations • Must maintain constant confidentiality, integrity, loyalty and dependability • Ability to manage and motivate a sales team to continually improve profits Education Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent #AOC123
