Role Overview Business Analyst - Clinical Operations Mandate : Siebel to Veeva CTMS Migration , CTMS Implementation , Clinical Operations. Collaborate closely with the ClinOps business team to understand current processes and support the migration of EDC, IVRS, and planning data from Siebel to Veeva CTMS. Must have prior experience in Veeva CTMS implementation, ideally within a life sciences or pharma environment. Act as a bridge between the business and IT teams, including coordination with vendors, the Veeva CTMS implementation partner. Work with the QA team to address techno-functional queries from both business and IT stakeholders. Lead the Subject ID generation process based on client's current methodology, and propose improvements aligned with long-term vision and scalability. Serve as the primary business lead for Veeva CTMS implementation, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and timelines.
