Armorfireservices LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our operations and help ensure that our fire safety services run smoothly. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing correspondence, maintaining filing systems, scheduling appointments, and performing various clerical tasks. Your ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks will be key to your success in this position. Responsibilities Handle daily administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing office correspondence. Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems for efficient document management. Schedule appointments, meetings, and events for staff and management as required. Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. Maintain office supplies and inventory, coordinating orders as necessary. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and directing them to the appropriate departments. Support team members in various administrative tasks and projects to enhance overall office productivity. High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in office administration or related fields is preferred. Previous experience in administrative support or as an office assistant is desired. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills. Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear interaction with colleagues and clients. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
