How you will make an impact • Lead, coach, and develop Warehouse Technicians, fostering a culture of safety and accountability. • Manage inventory accuracy, stock levels, and staging materials for job readiness. • Ensure tool and equipment accountability across projects. • Oversee tools, equipment, and fleet operations including maintenance, repairs, expansions/reductions, compliance, and vendor relationships. • Maintain warehouse and facility standards, including cleanliness, organization, upgrades and safety. • Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company safety policies. • Develop SOPs, manage budgets, and report on warehouse performance, costs, and compliance. • Recommend improvements to processes, equipment, and fleet utilization to support business growth. What You Need to Succeed • 5+ years of experience in warehouse, fleet, or operations management. • Strong leadership and team development skills. • Knowledge of OSHA standards, equipment safety and DOT compliance requirements. • Experience with inventory systems, vendor coordination, and fleet/equipment oversight. • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, materials handling, job staging, and asset management. • Skilled in tool control, fleet maintenance scheduling, GPS/ELD systems, and DOT compliance. • Experienced in developing SOPs, managing budgets, and analyzing warehouse performance. • Organized, detail-oriented, and safety-focused.
