Arlon Graphics is a rapidly expanding company in the graphics signage industry, and they are seeking a European Sales Manager to support their sales team. The role involves driving the sales process, acquiring new distributors, and ensuring the sales team meets their targets. Responsibilities • Own and grow relationships with key accounts, distributors, and partners in assigned territories. • Support team members in closing large opportunities and complex negotiations. • Execute business plans aligned with the company’s sales strategy and market priorities. • Monitor regional market trends, competitor actions, and customer demands. • Identify opportunities for growth in new applications (vehicle wrapping, signage, architectural graphics, etc.). • Collaborate with marketing on regional campaigns, exhibitions, and lead-generation initiatives. • Manage European sales pipeline in line with KPI quota (3-4 x sales pipeline coverage relative to quarterly revenue targets) • Manage regional sales budgets, forecasts, and performance reports. • Ensure alignment with company pricing strategies and profitability goals. • Provide regular feedback to the Director of Sales and Marketing EMEAI on sales pipeline, challenges, and opportunities. • Strategically & proactively oversee and drive the achievement of the sales team's monthly targets, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and fostering a high-performance culture. • Translate regional objectives into actionable targets and KPIs for direct reports • Actively manage the individuals’ sales targets on a monthly basis to address who meeting targets, and implement actions as required. • Conduct thorough analysis and deliver weekly feedback on sales activities by tracking performance, interpreting data, and reporting progress against targets. • Provide consistent and detailed reports on sales activities to the Sales and Marketing Director, highlighting necessary actions and strategic recommendations. Skills • Experience in the graphics signage industry is essential • Previous people management experience within a commercial function across different cultures • A minimum of 5 years’ people management experience is essential • Demonstrated success in managing diverse teams and achieving sales targets is required • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the graphics signage industry • Strong understanding of digital print media and modern printing methods (solvent, eco-solvent, latex, UV) is required • Ability to track performance metrics and report on progress • Strong proficiency in MS Word and Excel • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools • Ability to travel frequently and adapt to different time zones and work environments • Ability to manage remote teams and utilize digital communication tools effectively • International driving license and valid passport required • Familiarity with technical coatings and laminating processes is a plus • Exceptional communication skills in both English and preferably another language • Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to different markets • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with regional distributors and clients Education Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in business or technical discipline is advantageous Company Overview • Arlon Graphics manufacturing graphic films and providing easy solutions for real world applications.
