Job Summary Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for mechanical systems and plant reliability? Join Arkema's Beaumont team as a Maintenance Mechanic, where your skills will directly support safe, efficient, and continuous operations in a dynamic industrial environment. Key Responsibilities • Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on pumps, compressors, valves, and piping systems • Fabricate and replace piping, isolate equipment, and execute PM work orders • Conduct safety inspections and routine maintenance to ensure plant reliability • Collaborate with Production, Safety, Environmental, and Engineering teams • Use SAP and CMMS systems to track work orders and hours • Support emergency repairs and participate in improvement initiatives • Work safely in SCBA or supplied air equipment when required Qualifications • High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance preferred • Minimum 2 years working with rotating and reciprocating industrial equipment • Certified craftsman or equivalent field experience • Welding experience preferred • Familiarity with LOTO procedures, safe work permitting, and JSA practices • Familiar in SAP and CMMS systems • Strong troubleshooting and teamwork abilities Work Environment This role is based in our Beaumont facility and involves interaction across all departments.
