Maintain and update product information across systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
High school diploma, 1-3 years data entry or database maintenance experience, proficiency in Excel, familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.
This is a remote position. The Product Data Entry Specialist maintains accurate product information across internal systems and customer-facing channels. You will update product details, pricing fields, and part specifications to support quoting, purchasing, and customer service. Key Responsibilities Create and maintain product records (SKU/part number, descriptions, specs) Update attributes such as dimensions, weight, materials, and compatibility notes Standardize naming conventions and ensure consistent formatting Validate data against source documents (vendor sheets, spec sheets, internal notes) Support category organization and product mapping in ERP/CRM systems Run routine audits to identify duplicates, missing fields, or outdated information Coordinate corrections with purchasing, parts, and operations teams Maintain documentation for data standards and updates Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree a plus) 1–3 years data entry, product setup, or database maintenance experience preferred Experience with ERP/CRM systems a plus Strong Excel skills (sorting, filters, lookups preferred) Benefits PTO and holidays Health/dental/vision options 401(k) options Growth opportunities and cross-training
