Full Description

Job Description: • Manage accurate entry and upkeep of manufacturing records, including bills of materials (BOMs), part numbers, inventory updates, and production-related documentation. • Work closely with production, purchasing, and inventory teams to keep data consistent across systems. • Create and update part numbers, item descriptions, and manufacturing records. • Maintain BOM accuracy and support revisions/updates. • Enter and verify inventory movements, receipts, and usage data. • Support purchasing and production teams with clean, reliable data. • Run basic reports and assist with audits/data checks. • Identify inconsistencies and coordinate corrections with internal teams. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent required • 1+ year in data entry, manufacturing admin, inventory, or procurement support preferred • Strong proficiency with spreadsheets and data systems • Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits Benefits: • Medical • dental • vision • PTO + holidays • 401(k) match • Career development opportunities
