High school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year customer service experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, familiarity with support tools and spreadsheets.
This is a remote position. The Customer Service Associate supports customers by answering questions, providing order updates, and helping resolve issues promptly. You’ll work with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from inquiry to delivery. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email Provide order status updates and basic product information Enter customer requests and updates into the system accurately Coordinate with production, shipping, and sales for issue resolution Document interactions and maintain accurate customer notes Support returns, replacements, or service requests as needed Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required 1+ year customer service experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable using customer support tools and basic spreadsheets Professional and reliable with strong follow-through Benefits Health, dental, vision PTO and paid holidays 401(k) Training and advancement opportunities
