Arkansas Talent Group is searching for an experienced Recruiting Manager (sales) who excels in high-volume recruiting, particularly with door-to-door sales teams. The ideal candidate is skilled in managing a high-turnover pipeline, building strong talent funnels, and regularly presenting detailed reports and insights to senior leadership. Frequent travel and residence near a major airport are needed to support recruiting activities across regions. Key Responsibilities: • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts focusing on high-volume sales hiring, especially in door-to-door sales environments. • Build, manage, and optimize candidate pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified sales talent. • Track recruiting metrics and generate reports to analyze pipeline health, turnover rates, and hiring outcomes. • Present recruitment data and insights regularly to senior leaders for strategic decision-making. • Manage recruiting team or projects, providing guidance and support as needed. • Coordinate travel plans to support in-person recruiting events or hiring initiatives at multiple locations. • Develop and implement recruiting strategies that improve efficiency and reduce time-to-fill in competitive sales markets. Required Qualifications: • Proven experience as a sales recruiter with success in high-volume, high-turnover roles; experience with door-to-door sales recruiting is a must. Must have mid to large company experience. • Strong skills in pipeline management and funnel building. • Ability and willingness to travel frequently and reside near a major airport. • Experience in generating and presenting detailed recruitment reports to senior management. • Leadership or management experience in recruiting is preferred. • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office. • Leadership experience highly desired.
