Business Process Reengineering Specialist Lansing, MI - Hybrid Duration: 12 months Seeking for a Business Process Reengineering Specialist in transforming business processes and systems. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring seamless communication between technical and non-technical teams. Your expertise will drive the success of IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives. • Facilitate requirement gathering meetings and document project business requirements. • Maintain project backlog and prioritize tasks in Agile projects. • Monitor project scope and ensure alignment with objectives. • Resolve critical IT issues related to the role. • Provide analysis for Build vs. Buy decisions. • Collaborate with project teams to ensure understanding of requirements and IT solutions. Top Skills/Experience: • Strong written and oral communication skills. • 5 years of experience and a bachelor's degree. • Training/Teaching Background - 5 years. • Azure DevOps Knowledge (creating epics/features) - 5 years. • Understanding of BA, QA, DEV roles/responsibilities. • Experienced with as-is/to-be processes and content creation - 5 years. Required Skills: • Bachelor's Degree. • Training/Teaching Background - 5 years. • Business Analyst SME - 5 years. • Experience with Azure DevOps - 5 years. • Experience with as-is/to-be processes - 5 years. • Adept with using/teaching tools (e.g., FIGMA, Visio) - 3 years.
