Sign and Graphics Operations Manager – Arizona Custom Signworks Arizona Custom Signworks is a family-owned full-service signage and graphics company in North Phoenix, AZ with a new location and brand-new state of the art equipment. We are seeking an experienced sign maker to be our Signage and Graphic Operations Manager. Job Summary We are looking for an experienced sign maker who is ready to ramp up a new business and help grow a thriving operation. The ideal candidate will design, fabricate and install a variety of signage and graphics, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail while communicating with clients to meet their signage and graphic needs. This role blends artistic talent with technical skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and requires an entrepreneurial spirit and a “Can Do” attitude. Design and create custom signage and graphics using substrates such as wood, metal, plastic, acrylic and vinyl. Operate sign-making equipment including an HP700 latex printer, plotter/cutter, and laminator. Prepare surfaces for application of graphics and signage. Install signage and graphics at client locations ensuring proper alignment and attachment. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and materials to enhance skills and service offerings. Qualifications 5+ years experience as a professional sign maker in design, production and installation. Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). Expertise with RIP software. Experience operating wide-format printers, plotters/cutters, and laminators. Color management and color matching. Vehicle and fleet graphic and wrap installation. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and teamwork. Certified Installation professional (3M, Avery, etc.) is a strong advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
