The Manager of Operations - North America will support the strategic and day-to-day management of iLottery account operations across the region. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth execution of customer success initiatives, contract compliance, and issue resolution in collaboration with internal teams, Lottery clients, and vendor partners. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong organizational and communication skills, capable of handling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. What You'll Do Customer Relationship Support • Maintain strong working relationships with Lottery clients and vendor partners. • Act as a point of contact for operational issues and routine communications. • Support the execution of customer success plans and ensure alignment with client goals. Operational Execution • Coordinate delivery of services and products across accounts, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. • Monitor service level performance and assist in resolving support issues in collaboration with internal teams. • Track and report on operational benchmarks and account health metrics. Contract & Compliance Oversight • Assist in handling customer contracts, ensuring compliance with SLAs and regulatory requirements. • Support contract renewals and amendments in partnership with legal and account leadership. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work closely with account managers, product teams, and support staff to ensure seamless customer experiences. • Facilitate communication between internal departments and external partners. Process Improvement & Documentation • Find opportunities to improve operational workflows and customer engagement strategies. • Document and share standard processes across teams to promote consistency and efficiency. What We're Looking For • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • 5-8 years of experience in account operations, customer success, or project management. • Experience in the iLottery, gaming, or technology industry preferred. • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to prioritise and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with contract management and service level agreements (SLAs). Preferred Attributes: • Collaborative attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction. • Experience working with public sector clients or regulated industries. • Proficiency in project management tools and CRM platforms. • Willingness to travel as needed across North America. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
