This leader will translate business priorities into clear requirements, aligned roadmaps, execution plans, and measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate is a strong project operator with formal program discipline, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to drive complex work in a fast-moving healthcare environment. PMP certification is required for this role. Key Responsibilities Lead enterprise project management for strategic initiatives across internal platforms, customer-facing workflows, implementations, and operational process improvement. Partner with the CIO/CTO and cross-functional leaders to define priorities, scope requirements, manage dependencies, and support roadmap decisions. Translate business, operational, and customer needs into user stories, process flows, requirements, milestones, and success metrics. Drive alignment across project, engineering, clinical operations, implementation, analytics, and compliance teams. Build and maintain clear execution mechanisms for status reporting, risk management, issue escalation, KPI reviews, and launch readiness. Improve the systems and workflows that support scalable client launches, implementation handoffs, credentialing coordination, and enterprise delivery discipline. Ensure enterprise project work reflects healthcare operational realities, including compliance-sensitive workflows, medical records processes, and credentialing dependencies. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. PMP certification required. 7+ years of experience in project management, enterprise program management, technical program management, or related strategic execution roles. 3+ years leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and delivery workstreams. Strong experience translating business strategy and operational needs into project requirements and execution plans. Strong communication, prioritization, and executive stakeholder management skills. Experience building governance, reporting, KPI reviews, or project management frameworks. Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-changing environment. Preferred Qualifications Healthcare technology, digital health, telehealth, or value-based care experience. Experience with enterprise launches, implementation frameworks, workflow design, or operational automation. Familiarity with Monday.com or similar work-management tools. Additional agile or project certifications, such as CSM or CSPO. MBA, MHA, MPA, or related advanced degree. What Success Looks Like In the first year, this leader will improve prioritization, execution visibility, and cross- functional alignment for major enterprise initiatives.
