The Role We are looking for a remote Strategic Account Manager based in the US or Canada to join our Growth Team. As a Strategic Account Manager, you'll be responsible for owning and growing relationships with our largest and most strategic customers. You will act as the orchestrator of multidisciplinary teams, ensuring exceptional value delivery and driving sustainable account growth. The right candidate will have experience with value-based relationship management, have a proven track record of growing accounts, and be at ease working with executives and technical teams alike. We expect you to identify new opportunities within existing accounts, lead cross-functional teams towards client objectives, and become an expert in our positioning. We are a Growth team that’s focused on quality and value strategic thinking and creativity over simply following a playbook. We’re looking for account leaders who thrive on ambiguity, move at startup speed, and are relentless in delivering customer impact in a rapidly-scaling business Responsibilities • Own the full post-sale account lifecycle including onboarding, growth, retention, and expansion • Champion customer satisfaction by proactively monitoring account health, addressing issues before they escalate, and ensuring clients feel heard and supported • Act as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for their needs and feedback to improve solutions, services, and overall experience • Build and maintain relationships with customers, up to the C-level, to deliver long-term value and drive account growth • Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to ensure a seamless handoff from sales to implementation and ongoing delivery • Be an expert at articulating the Arionkoder difference and value, and proactively identifying opportunities for additional solutions • Drive customer growth by understanding client goals, KPIs, and strategic objectives • Use and maintain HubSpot (or similar CRM) for account management activities and reporting • Hit or exceed quarterly and annual retention and expansion targets • Guide and orchestrate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment to client goals and success criteria • Navigate complex client environments and lead resolution during escalations Who are you • 5+ years of B2B account management, customer success, business development, or consulting in technology, AI services, digital product development, or enterprise solutions • Experience managing large and complex client accounts with $2M+ annual spend • Self-starter that takes bold initiative • Clear and concise communicator and presenter, able to engage executives, technical stakeholders, and delivery leads • Proven track record of driving customer growth, retention, and expansion in complex environments • Collaborative and competitive — you want to win but know that it's sweeter to win as a team • Experience working with cross-functional teams and orchestrating value across multiple disciplines • Analytical mindset, using data to guide decisions and surface new opportunities • Resilient and takes full accountability for the success and health of each account Nice to have • Experience in Team Augmentation • Experience working with AI solutions • Experience selling digital transformations • Experience with HubSpot Pay and Benefits $95,000 - $125,000 USD base guaranteed salary + performance-based bonuses Travel Travel is expected, less than 10% of the time, including our facilities in Latin America.
