4+ years B2B tech professional services sales experience with proven success in outbound prospecting, full cycle deal management, and meeting quotas.
Job Description: • Own the full cycle sales process including generating new cold leads • Using and maintaining HubSpot for pipeline and outbound activities • Hit or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets • Build relationships with prospects, up to the C-level to create long term customers that will grow over time • Collaborate with our Product and Account Management teams to foster the transition from sales to client Implementation • Be an expert at articulating the Arionkoder difference and value Requirements: • 4+ years of B2B sales experience selling tech professional services • Self-starter that takes bold initiative • Clear and concise communicator and presenter • Experience managing deals through the full cycle sales • Success outbound prospecting • Experience with deals sized $150k - $3M • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quota • Collaborative and competitive - you want to win but know that it’s sweeter to win as a team • Nice to have: Experience with HubSpot, Experience at fast growing companies, Experience selling Staff Augmentation Benefits: • Competitive USD salary • 20 business days of vacation per year + 6 National holidays • Family Leave • A dynamic remote work culture.
