Aries Entertainment DJ Company is seeking a motivated Outreach Representative to join our team on a commission-only basis. This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, confidence, and persistence who thrives on results. You will be responsible for connecting with families, event planners, synagogues, and venues to help secure bookings for Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, weddings, and milestone celebrations in Utah and California.Your mission is to represent Aries Entertainment’s brand, communicate our value to potential clients, and help us grow by filling our calendar with exciting events. You’ll be provided with messaging templates, lead lists, and company resources so you don’t have to start from scratch.Responsibilities: Reach out to new leads through phone calls, emails, and social media. Build and maintain relationships with families, planners, and venues. Follow up with prospects and track conversations in a CRM (Google Sheet provided). Clearly present our packages and services to clients. Set up introductions/meetings for the company owner when needed. What We Provide: Templates for emails, texts, and phone scripts. Full access to our event portfolios, photos, and videos for credibility. A proven system to help guide your daily outreach. Training and direct support from the company owner. Compensation: Commission-based only: $300 per signed contract after deposit is received. No cap on earnings — the more events you book, the more you earn. Strong communication and people skills. Comfortable with cold outreach (calls, DMs, and emails). Highly organized with the ability to track multiple leads. Self-motivated and results-driven. Prior sales, outreach, or event industry experience is a plus, but not required.
